Titles Are Hard

So, everything is trucking along. I'm feeling a fair bit better, although still not 100%. Plus I've had a really painful red eye thing happening in my left eye for about 2 weeks and it just seems to be getting worse. Its like, very uncomfortable. Paul thinks that it is a rip in my cornea cause he got one of em once. There's nothing to be done about that though, so I'm just cold compressing it and such, and not wearing my contacts.

Paul was touch and go with getting sick, coughing and sneezing alot, but in the end he didn't catch what I and all of our friends had, yay!

We have been invited to his folks for American Thansgiving and I'm much looking forward to that. I've only met his parents twice, and his sis-in-law and brother once, AND I'll get to hold the new baby. I LOVE BABIES! I feel badly arriving there empty handed, but we just don't have the money to buy them anything. I at least wanted to make them Christmas ornaments or something, but we are SO broke. Mom says that she will pay for our gas though, and that's really the primary expense going up there (Chicago) so we'll drive up, prolly with Smeagol and it will be a lovely trip. I'm very excited.

Paul still does not have a job, two different possibilities both fell through on Friday, so that sucked...but he's tryin :)

Money is tight, so we are subsisting on lots of Hamburger Helper and stuff. Which, incidentally, is not that bad, although its too meaty for me. That works though cause I eat mostly noodles and then Paul eats the rest of the hamburger meat from my bowl.

Still working on Immigration papers, although I got lots done today cause I was finally able to locate two addresses that I needed. Its still gonna be tough though, cause Paul does not have a lot of the info that he needs. But we'll keep pluggin away.
