Sorry that I'm adding so much stuff to the blog today, but I had a lot of time today and had several pics, links, comments that I wanted to add. So below is a whole batch of various pictures. I'm getting better at adding them in the right order and with appropriate captions, I still can't figure out had to add more than one to each post though. I'm learning! Now, the second order of business is the following link that I wanted y'all to read.
“Dude, YOU ordered the burger!”
As part of the Dig’s spring dining guide, the city’s waitstaff offers tips on acting like a normal human being in restaurants

(Now if someone could tell me how to do the thing where you don't see the whole link here, instead I can just say click 'here' and the 'here' is the link when you click on it...every other person on earth does it, what am I missing?)
And finally, two quick updates: the first is that we got a receipt from the Immigration people. This does not mean that they have started looking at the papers, just that they got them and they are now in the appropriate inbox. Yay! And also, Paul passed his key test (of course). He is also surely learning to schmooze. He volunteered for a charity golf tournament yesterday and got a chance to meet a bunch of managers and proprietors from other locations of his restaurant, even getting in good with the manager of the location that is closest to us! (He also got to meet a whole lot of famous people, likes Braves players and stuff, and eat unlimited steak and drink unlimited beer :P)

I agree so much with the article from that link. I was a waitress for many years and had almost all of those things happen to me. Wow....just wow.
Loved the pics!
Hey lady! I had lots to catch up on on your site so I'll mash all my comments into one ;) I'm glad you had such a great visit with Amy! Nothing like having another girl around to shop and gab and smoke on the porch. Congrats on the new shoes ;) There is nothing wrong with only having a couple of shoes, don't let Reba freak you out.. she's Imelda Marcos in disguise. That's awesome news about Paul re: restaurant, I'm glad he enjoys it there enough to put all the energy he does into it. Schmoozing is one quality I lack, lack, lack and so good on him for putting himself out there. Good on you both! *smooch* Love you and miss you!!
Love you and miss you too, Laz, every day. Hope Drew feels better soon :(
Reba, I did have a car but the cheque went to my parents and I told them to keep the money cause I owe them SO much and this is an extra pain free $100 for them. But, damn, I coulda used it.
