I had a post all drafted and ready to go, but as it turns out, it is, at this time, quite tactless, so I will save it for another time. In the meantime, I'm not feeling too upbeat and don't have to much to say. In an effort to post, though, let me relate the following exchange (uttered during rush hour traffic):

(silence for at least five minutes, then)
Him - Huh, I'll have to give that a try.

Me - Sorry, what? We weren't conversing, you know?

Him - Oh, right. (excitedly) Well, I was just thinking about how I should start trying to blink one eye at a time so that my eyes are never both closed at the same time. Isn't that a great idea?

And the kicker is, I think he truly thought it was.
