Ew

Paul is currently in the kitchen making dinner! That would be exciting except that he's cooking because I don't want to cook what he's fixin'. He's making pork tenderloin, potato dumplings and sauerkraut. Yay for a husband who can cook! And BOO for a husband who cooks that crud.

I do like potatoes, but not dumplings. I rarely eat red meat of any type and I would not CONSIDER eating 'cabbage that has been fermented until it is sour'. I'm picky and dumb! But he thought it was delicious and was very happy :)

Gotta agree with you on the sauerkraut; I've always fixed it for them, but never eat it myself. God made cabbage to be eaten cold, like in cole slaw. If He had wanted it eaten cooked, He would have given those instructions to the early peoples He created and told them to make it that way. But there's nowhere in the Bible about Him telling the people to boil the cabbage! And dumplings? I'm not overly fond of the bread dumplings, but those potato dumplings are to die for; especially the second day when they're cold and you slice them and brown them in a frying pan with a little butter. Mama mia! How good! M-M-M-M-M, toasty! Mom2
