I also heard another good one - I think on Family Guy! Peter had put up a Hitler scarecrow (is NOTHING sacred?)and the Jewish guy on the show thought it was another Holocaust and ran around screaming "Save Jon Stewart - he's our best" or something like that.
I'm not a huge Futurama fan but holy crap that's funny! Unfortunately I was taking a drink of water as I clicked onto your page and spit water everywhere ... luckily I managed to turn my head just in time to only spew water on my arm and the arm of my computer chair instead of onto my monitor :p

I am a huge Futurama nerd. No one loves it quite as much as I do, so I'm very lonely about it. I was excited to see it in your blog :)
I go through Futurama/ Simpsons/ Family Guy phases...I am currently very much in a Futurama phase.
